  • Opmerking (13883): Jerry Raack (2018-04-29) - I'm guessing this is not native to this location. It appears to be Barfussia wagneriana (used to be in genus Tillandsia, and is easier to find if you google it as a Tillandsia). (Verzonden: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
  • Determinatie (13883): Franz Georg Gruber (2018-04-29) =Barfussia wagneriana - It is the dark form of wagneriana.from the upper amazon region between perś ecuador and Colombia Founded by Rauh in the 70th and cultivated by Gülz. Not nativ in Costa Rica (Verzonden: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
  • Opmerking (13883): Dr Jon Fuller (2018-04-30) - Thank you for the ID. Since almost all the images I have posted are being cultivated in various tropical gardens, I suspected that most, if not all, were not native to Costa Rica.
