  • Determinatie: Oscar Ribeiro (2012-10-21) =Unidentified - I just got confirmation that this is not Dyckia granmogulensis although collected in Grão Mogol also. To my surprise, another Dyckia also collected in Grão Mogol in 2007 just bloomed and was confirmed to be the granmogulensis. Will post the shots at the FCBS site. Resuming: the plant shown is still to be identifyed. Good: a new challenge ahead. (Verzonden: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
  • Opmerking: Oscar Ribeiro (2012-10-21) - I´ve failed to mention that the identification was only made possible because of Derek Butcher and Peter Sack´s assistance, that is, Peter digitalized - in record time - the holotypes deposited at the University of Heidelberg, Botanical Garden and Herbarium HEID, Germany.
Many thenks to both. Oscar (Verzonden: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
