Neoregelia sp.
Locality: Russia's oldest botanic garden was founded by Peter the Great in 1706 to grow medicinal plants. "Aptekarsky" means "apothecary" in Russian. The garden has belonged to Moscow State University since 1805.

- Add Note: Uwe (2014-04-25) - This is one of the larger species, which is cultivated with the name Neoregelia johannis, As the protologue is very poor, this species is quite mysterious, could be a (natural) hybrid or a species, but many species of the former Mata Atlantica are extinct now.
