Identification (6359): Renate Ehlers (2011-02-03) =Tillandsia borealis - Added by Eric Gouda (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
Add Note (6359): Walter Till (2011-02-03) - This identification makes more sense than my Tillandsia cf. macrochlamys albeit borealis is indicated from a far northwestern area. The mexican colleagues should not have overlooks their borealis at Nevado de Colima, but who knows
Add Note (6359): Andy Siekkinen (2011-02-03) - It was also found extensively throughout the area between Talpa and Autlan. In the description of T. borealis it has flowering listed in July-August. These were taken in mid-January. Surely it would not take 6 months form this point for the inflorescence to mature? (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
