- Determinatie (9563): HEL (2011-12-14) =H. cf undulatifolia
- Also resembles H. aechmeoides but the undulated leaf blade margins favor the former. "Marselby" probably garble for Marie Selby B.G. I had both of these taxa there. (Verzonden: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
- Opmerking (9563): Uncle Derek (2011-12-15) - My first thoughts were 'Not another Hohenbergia hybrid" because over the last 10 years we, in Australia, have puzzled over these sorts of plants where we only know they were raised from seed. For example this plant has flavours of H. catingae and H. corriea-araujoi, both of which we know are growing in Australia. Perhaps this should be referred further to the Qld Brom Soc (Verzonden: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
- Determinatie (9563): HEL (2011-12-15) =H. response from me
- H. catigae has stiff deadly pointed leaf blades; no hint of banding that all H. c-a hyb seem to have. SEnd Elton a specimen. (Verzonden: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
- Opmerking (9611): Peter Tristram (2011-12-17) - This is the same Hoh as I posted a year or 2 ago. Matt is trying to find more on provenance. I grew seed from it which looks consistent - see pics, It's original id was aff catingae though the foliage is way out for that species. (Verzonden: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
